●戸河内シングルモルトジャパニーズウイスキー
広島県の桜尾蒸溜所が造るウイスキー。
広島県の北に位置する安芸太田町の戸河内にある、今は廃線となったトンネルで熟成させたウイスキーです。

● Togouchi Single Malt Japanese Whisky
A whisky produced by Sakurao Distillery in Hiroshima Prefecture.

It is matured in a now-disused railway tunnel in Togouchi, Akiota Town, located in northern Hiroshima.



●戸河内シングルモルトジャパニーズウイスキー 2020-2026 5年 国産麦芽100％ T.I.R

広島県の桜尾蒸溜所が造るウイスキーの戸河内5年熟成です。
リカーランドキムラさん、ラダーさん、香川のバーシャムロックさんの3名でボトリングされた
シングルカスクの戸河内です。

●梅酒のネグローニ
今回は梅酒と広島県の桜尾蒸留所のジンとカンパリを合わせたネグローニにしました。
梅酒の爽やかな酸味で少しさっぱり目に仕上がったネグローニです。

●Umeshu Negroni

The gentle acidity of the umeshu adds a bright and refreshing twist to this classic cocktail.

●西瓜のソルティ
フレッシュの西瓜ジュースを使ったカクテルです。
暑くなってきた今の時期にぴったりです。

●Watermelon Salty Dog

●シークワーサーのマルガリータ
沖縄県産のシークワーサージュースを使ったマルガリータです。
シークワーサーの酸味と苦みが心地よいカクテルです。

● Shikuwasa Margarita

Shikuwasa is a small citrus fruit from Okinawa, prized for its vibrant acidity and subtle bitterness.

A Margarita made with Okinawan shikuwasa juice, offering a refreshing balance of citrus brightness and gentle bitterness.

●モンテ・カッシーノ
デーモン・ダイヤー氏がベネディクティン500周年記念に行われたカクテルコンペで優勝したカクテル。
ハーバルな味わいとウイスキーの無骨さの合わさったカクテルです。

●Monte Cassino

A cocktail that won first place at the cocktail competition held to celebrate the 500th anniversary of Bénédictine, created by Damon Dyer.

It combines herbal complexity with the bold, rugged character of whisky.




●ロンセトホワイトのティンカーベル
ジャパニーズラムを使用した優しく膨らむ羽音のようか甘さが特徴です。

●Tinker Bell  with RON SETO WHITE
A gently swelling sweetness, like the sound of wings.

RON SETO WHITE is a Japanese craft rum made at Umayado Distillery in Kagawa.
